USDA cites Marshall for 20+ Animal Welfare Act violations since 2007
The USDA has cited Marshall for more than 20 violations of the Animal Welfare Act since 2007, including inadequate veterinary care and poor living conditions. Poor breeding practices are linked to higher rates of heart disease, lymphoma, and other chronic illness and to a decline in ferret life expectancy.
